Simple Example
Connex fees depend on the type of match or transaction. In most seller-assisted transactions, Connex only gets paid if your item sells. Our standard service fee is based on the final sale price:
Example: If your item sells for $200, Connex takes 20% ($40), and you receive $160.
For direct buyer-seller matches, Connex may charge a finder’s fee before releasing match details. Any fee will always be disclosed before you choose to move forward.
No sale = no seller service fee. If your item does not sell through Connex, you do not owe a seller service fee.
