After you submit your request, Connex will review all the details and begin searching for possible matches. We'll be in touch by text or email if we find a strong option that fits your criteria. You can expect to receive photos, pricing information, item details, and available pickup or shipping options.
You approve before buying
You only move forward if the item, price, condition, and details work for you. If a Connex sourcing fee applies, it will be shown before checkout.
Buyer sourcing fee
Submitting a request is free. If Connex finds a match you approve, a small sourcing fee may be added before checkout. You will always see the full price before moving forward.
